$700 grant to be used to help restore areas that were timbered and now contribute to sedimentation in streams.

Congratulations - Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center -
$500 grant to help purchase of a opthal otoscope for one exam room.

 

Congratulations - Hope House of North Georgia -
$500 grant to help purchase a van for resident transportation.

 

Congratulations - North Georgia Pregnancy Center -
$500 grant to be used to upgrade the center library and buy specific course materials.

 

Congratulations - Weekend Snack Program -
$350 grant to purchase food for the ongoing weekends away from school food program.

 

Congratulations - Youth Leadership Pickens -
$250 grant to be used to expand the business etiquette session of the program.

 

Congratulations - Pickens Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy -
$200 grant will be used to mail new age appropriate books with literacy support materials to Pickens County children.

 

Congratulations - Be Paws We Care - $100 grant will help Pickens County residents with financial assistance to have their puppies or kittens spayed and neutered.
